• Best eastereggs and aprilfools jokes in IT/software/etc
• Beauty in IT - Let's talk about the most beautiful solutions you have created or seen. We could of course contrast this with the most heinous POS (piece of software ;) system seen on the planet, but those are more abundant than real beauties.

The POS conversation will require so much beer you would not believe! Another interesting topic might be agile failure modes. What kind of problems and failures have people had with XP, Scrum or even individual practices like TDD. - Ari
